For the best performance from your Miele TriFlex vacuum it is recommended to clean your filter between uses and to replace it every three years.
HX-FSF: For the early versions of the HX1 model, this is a 2 part filter with the main filter pulling straight up out of the dirt chamber and the interior filter requiring a quarter turn to remove.
HX-FSF-2: The newer filter style that clicks and rotates to be removed. This filter is in all of the HX2 models and the HX1 Facelift models.
